This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Digital Dollars University, a division of Digital Dollars LLC (“Digital Dollars University,” “we” or “us”). By accessing the Site, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Digital Dollars University. Your access and use of the Site, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service or impose new conditions on the use of the Site at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Limited License to You

The Site and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of Digital Dollars University and/or its affiliates or licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use. You may not use the Site or its contents in any manner that violates our rights or is unauthorized by us. Unless explicitly permitted in these Terms of Service or by the materials' owner, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute any material from the Site. However, you may occasionally download and/or print individual pages for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices intact.

Refund Policy

Refunds - We offer refunds only for the first payment if requested through Whop within the initial 72 hours of joining the program. After this period, refunds may not be issued.

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership anytime through Whop.com/digital-dollars-university or visiting Whop.com and going to your Hub then selecting Digital Dollars University, please make sure it is done atleast 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Once the payment has been submitted, it cannot be refunded.

Your License to Us

By submitting any material (including comments, blog entries, social media posts, photos, and videos) to us via the Site or other channels, you represent and warrant that you own the material or have obtained express consent from the owner. Additionally, you grant us and our authorized agents a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, transmit, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly perform or display such material. This license includes the right to identify you as the author and to exploit any proprietary rights in the material. Any contributions made by you shall be considered "works made for hire," and all resulting copyrights shall belong to Digital Dollars University. If such contributions are not deemed "works made for hire," you hereby assign all proprietary rights to Digital Dollars University without additional compensation.

Limitations on Linking and Framing

You may establish a hypertext link to the Site provided it does not imply any sponsorship by Digital Dollars University. However, framing or inline linking of Site content is prohibited without our prior written consent.

Registration
